สำนักหอสมุดกลาง มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร ขอนำเสนอบริการใหม่ล่าสุด “SULIB Membership” รับสมัครสมาชิกแบบรายปี สำหรับศิษย์เก่า และบุคคลทั่วไป เพื่อการเข้าถึงทรัพยากรฯ และพื้นที่การเรียนรู้อย่างสร้างสรรค์ที่เพิ่มมากขึ้น โดยมีรายละเอียดดังนี้

📘 ประเภทสมาชิก และเอกสารสำหรับการสมัคร 📘
1. นักศึกษาเก่า มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร (สมาชิกรายปีแบบมีสิทธิ์ยืมหนังสือ)
💰 อัตราค่าสมัครสมาชิก
– ค่าบำรุงหอสมุดปีละ 1,500 บาท
– ค่าประกัน 3,000 บาท

📄 เอกสารการสมัครสมาชิก
– ใบสมัครสมาชิกที่กรอกข้อมูลครบถ้วน ดาวน์โหลดได้ที่ https://lib.su.ac.th/membership-1-1.pdf
– สำเนาบัตรประชาชน พร้อมรับรองสำเนาถูกต้อง
– รูปถ่ายหน้าตรง ขนาด 1 นิ้ว จำนวน 1 รูป

📘 สิทธิ์ที่ได้รับ 📘
1. ศิษย์เก่าและบุคคลทั่วไป (สมาชิกรายปีแบบมีสิทธิ์ยืมหนังสือ)
✅ ได้รับ Member Card
✅ เข้าใช้บริการหอสมุดได้ทุกวิทยาเขต
✅ ยืมหนังสือทั่วไปและสื่อประกอบหนังสือของหอสมุดทุกวิทยาเขต รวม 5 รายการ 7 วัน
✅ เข้าใช้ฐานข้อมูลที่หอสมุดบอกรับได้จากทุกที่

2. บุคคลทั่วไป (สมาชิกรายปีแบบไม่มีสิทธิ์ยืมหนังสือ)
✅ ได้รับ Member Card
✅ เข้าใช้บริการหอสมุดได้ทุกวิทยาเขต

📘 ขั้นตอนการสมัคร 📘
1. ขอรับใบสมัครสมาชิกได้ที่หอสมุดมหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากรทุกวิทยาเขต หรือดาวน์โหลดใบสมัครได้ที่ https://lib.su.ac.th/membership-1-1.pdf
2. กรอกใบสมัคร เตรียมหลักฐาน และค่าบำรุงหอสมุด / ค่าประกันความเสียหาย
3. ยื่นใบสมัครพร้อมหลักฐาน และชำระค่าบำรุงหอสมุด / ค่าประกันความเสียหาย ณ หอสมุดวิทยาเขตที่สะดวก
4. รับใบเสร็จค่าบำรุงหอสมุดเพื่อให้สามารถเข้าใช้บริการพื้นที่หอสมุดได้ทันที (ยังไม่สามารถยืมหนังสือได้)
5. เมื่อมหาวิทยาลัยทำการบันทึกฐานข้อมูลของท่านในระบบเรียบร้อยแล้ว (ภายใน 14 วันทำการ) ทางหอสมุดจะแจ้งให้ท่านมารับบัตรสมาชิกและใบเสร็จรับเงินค่าประกันความเสียหาย (สำหรับผู้ที่สมัครสมาชิกแบบมีสิทธิ์ยืมหนังสือ) ณ หอสมุดวิทยาเขตที่ยื่นใบสมัคร

📌 เปิดรับสมัครตั้งแต่วันที่ 15 กันยายน 2568 เป็นต้นไป ณ หอสมุดมหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร ทุกวิทยาเขต
– จันทร์ – ศุกร์ เวลา 8.30-19.00 น.
– เสาร์ – อาทิตย์ เวลา 10.00 – 18.00 น.
– วันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ ปิดทำการ

📌 พิเศษ ในวันที่ 15 กันยายน ผู้ใช้บริการทุกท่านสามารถเข้าชมนิทรรศการฟรี!
กับนิทรรศการที่มีชื่อว่า “133 ปี รอยศิลป์ ร้อยศิษย์” ซึ่งจัดขึ้นเนื่องในวันศิลป์ พีระศรี ระหว่างวันที่ 15 กันยายน – 31 ตุลาคม2568 ณ หอสมุดวังท่าพระ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร

“SULIB Membership” — an annual subscription program that extends borrowing privileges to Silpakorn alumni and the external members (Non-SU Members) 🎉

The Central Library of Silpakorn University proudly presents its newest service: “SULIB Membership.” This annual membership is designed for alumni and the public, offering expanded access to resources and creative learning spaces. Details are as follows:

📘 Membership Types & Application Documents 📘
1. Silpakorn University Alumni (Annual membership with borrowing rights)
💰 Membership Fees
– Annual library fee: 1,500 THB
– Liability deposit: 3,000 THB

📄 Required Documents
– Completed membership application form (download from https://lib.su.ac.th/ENG_Membership%20Application%20Form-1-0.pdf)
– A copy of national ID card with signature verification
– One recent 1-inch passport-style photo
– A certified copy of a bank account page
– One of the following: certified copy of transcript, copy of degree certificate, or alumni association membership card

📘 Membership Benefits 📘
1. For alumni and External members/Non-SU Members (with borrowing rights):
✅ Membership card
✅ Access to libraries at all campuses
✅ Borrow up to 5 items (books and accompanying media) for 7 days from any campus
✅ Remote access to subscribed online databases

2. External members/Non-SU Members (without borrowing rights):
✅ Membership card
✅ Access to libraries at all campuses

📘 How to Apply 📘
1. Collect an application form from any Silpakorn University library campus, or download from https://lib.su.ac.th/ENG_Membership%20Application%20Form-1-0.pdf
2. Complete the form and prepare the required documents, plus the membership fee / liability deposit
3. Submit the form and documents, and pay fees at any library campus
4. Receive a receipt for your membership fee — which allows you to access library spaces immediately (borrowing rights activated later)
5. Within 14 working days, once your membership data is processed, you’ll be notified to collect your membership card and deposit receipt (for members with borrowing rights) at the campus where you applied.

📌 Applications open from 15 September 2025 at all Silpakorn University library campuses.
Opening hours:
– Monday–Friday: 8.30 A.M. – 7.00 P.M.
– Saturday–Sunday: 10.00 A.M. – 6.00 P.M.
– Closed on public holidays

📌 First-Day Exclusive (15 September): Free admission to the exhibition “133 Years: Silpa’s Legacy, Threads of Apprentices” in celebration of Silpa Bhirasri Day, held 15 September – 31 October 2025 at Wang Tha Phra Library.
